Acceptance of Terms
By registering for, accessing, or using WhatZAI (accessible via whatzai.in or any associated APIs), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.
Platform Scope & AI Agent Services
WhatZAI provides autonomous AI Sales Agents, RAG-indexed private Knowledge Bases, Meta-approved Bulk Campaign Broadcasts, Omnichannel Web Chat Widgets, CRM connectors, and Commercial ROI analytics. WhatZAI acts as an enterprise software layer connecting to your Meta WhatsApp Cloud API account.
Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy
You agree strictly to comply with Meta's Official WhatsApp Business and Commerce Messaging Policies. Specifically, you agree NOT to:
- Send unsolicited marketing messages (Spam) to end-users who have not explicitly opted in.
- Transmit illegal goods, deceptive schemes, financial scams, or harmful/malicious code.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or bypass platform quota limits and tenant boundary safeguards.
Proprietary Knowledge & Intellectual Property
You retain 100% full legal ownership of all proprietary data, documents, catalogs, pricing sheets, and customer lists uploaded into your WhatZAI workspace. WhatZAI retains all intellectual property rights to its proprietary algorithms, vector indexing architectures, and dashboard interfaces.
Subscriptions, Billing & Quotas
WhatZAI offers tiered subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Scale, Enterprise). Subscriptions are billed in advance according to the agreed billing cycle. Meta WhatsApp conversation charges incurred on your Meta Cloud API account are settled directly with Meta.
Service Availability & Upstream APIs
WhatZAI commits to a 99.9% uptime SLA on our core platform infrastructure. However, our services integrate with upstream third-party platforms (including Meta WhatsApp Cloud API, AI inference providers, and e-commerce APIs). WhatZAI is not liable for temporary service interruptions caused by upstream third-party outages.
Termination & Account Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your billing dashboard. Upon account closure, you may request an export or permanent purge of all your workspace knowledge bases, customer profiles, and message ledgers.
